REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at support@iluscube.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 
 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
EXCEPTIONS    
 
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
 
     ●     Aqatic Plants   
 
 
 
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. 
 
Please Note
      
     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
     ●     Aquatic Plants are perishable goods hence return or exchange will not be accepted   
     ●     No refund for Aquatic plants if not    
     ●     Payments have to be made in full and the items will be shipped only after we receive the payment confirmation.   
     ●     iluscube labs will not be held accountable for the following delivery failures:   
     ●     Delay of delivery due to unforeseen circumstances by the courier company.   
     ●     Failed delivery attempts: Usually a delivery is attempted 3 times before the package is returned. We request you to make sure that you are available to receive your package in the 1st attempt itself as plant(s) are perishable and need immediate care and attention as soon as they reach you. If we receive the package back due to failed delivery, it will be considered as a sale anyways and no refund will be issued.   
     ●     Incorrect Address: iluscube Labs does not take responsibility if the delivery address furnished by you to us is incorrect or outdated. We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses. If the package is returned to us due to these reasons it will be considered as a sale and no refund will be issued.   
     ●     If delivery address is outside of courier service area, door delivery will not be possible and the package should be collected directly from the courier office.   
     ●      Risk of loss: All plant(s) purchased from iluscube labs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.   
     ●     Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift, please make sure that the addressee is aware of the package arriving. If the package is refused and returned to us due to whatever reason, it will still be considered as a sale and no refund will be issued.   
     ●     If the shipment is not delivered within the expected time, please follow up with the courier company and also inform us.
